Regular monthly peer meetings and one-on-one coaching calls are virtual. So, whether you are in Washington State, Miami, or Toronto, Gliding Ant is here to support you. Twice a year, we organize an in-person retreat, usually somewhere in the Pacific Northwest or at a major conference or event in N. America.
Early stage founders, CEOs, CTOs, or COOs who have raised under $10M in capital, all backgrounds and geographies.
We focus on deep tech and climate tech founders, often transitioning out of a PhD program or research position. We take a broad view of deep tech, so book a quick call if you have any questions.
No. We look for high agency, self-improvement focused founders that are eager to help their peers grow, and who we trust will be great additions to our group. We also want to ensure that we can deliver value for you. But if the stage of your venture fits and you have the right mindset, there is a good chance of you joining one of our groups.
After your initial 3-month commitment, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Things change, we get it.
